Local Pakistan Relief Fund reaches $21.3M |

CENTRAL Islamic Organisation of Guyana (CIOG) President, Haji Fazeel Ferouz has disclosed that the local Pakistan Relief Fund has raised $21.3M. He said, with the telethon series now ended, CIOG is working together with all the other participating agencies, religious, private and public, to mop up the final pledges made. Ferouz said team leaders responsible for the business community, Nalini Vieira and Kahakan Ramjohn are still in the process of tallying what was promised and received from that source.
