TEACHER Gail Garraway was charged, on Thursday, with assault causing actual bodily harm.
She appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton and pleaded not guilty to having, on June 17, at Ruimveldt, unlawfully and maliciously assaulted Phylicia Seer, so as to cause her actual bodily harm. The defendant was put on $10,000 bail until July 9. |
